When Thrifty redesigned its website, thrifty.com, it was much more than a cosmetic change. The entire system it was built on was being swapped out and replaced by Sitecore CMS. With all of the current site's content stored in another CMS, it would have been impossible to manually migrate the content in a timely, quality or cost-effective manner. Roundedcube was tasked with analyzing the old site's CMS to understand and document how all of the content was structured and stored. Then, we had to do the same with the new site and meticulously map the former to the latter and build complex automation tools to convert content HTML to the new design. The process saved Thrifty literally thousands of man-hours and ensured the site launched successfully.
