This week Roundedcube, Inc. announced the release date of RC On-Track Issue Management 2009. The product is set to be officially available for purchase and support on Tuesday, June 30, 2009.
RC On-Track Issue Management 2009 is a web application that allows organizations to easily and effectively manage and track enhancement requests, changes to products and reported defects throughout their lifecycle from submission to resolution. Typically used for software development, web development or IT support, RC On-Track Issue Management can easily be used for other industries as well.

RC On-Track Issue Management is an ASP.NET 2.0 application using SQL Server. It also features a Web Service for 3rd party extensibility. The application was originally released in 2006 and has been used by the project managers and staff at Roundedcube – as well as their many clients – for years. It has been the central, vital tool used in Roundedcube's QA process aiding in issue resolution and communication for countless projects.
